Yes, we provide our customers with a development environment and/or a staging environment whenever requested.

Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm CST. However, in the case of an emergency such as a site outage, hacked website, or e-commerce issue, we can be reached outside of business hours via email or phone call.

Can you restore my site from a backup?
Yes, we keep backups of your site that are generated on a daily or hourly basis and can be used to restore your site at your request.
What if an update breaks my site? Does it cost extra to fix it?
No, if your site breaks we will fix it at no additional charge. We also can revert to a pre-update backup of your site. However, websites containing themes and plugins that are no longer supported by the developer will be evaluated and a proposed cost may be included to rebuild or replace the no longer supported software.
Does your hosting provide an SSL certificate?
Yes, our hosting includes an SSL certificate free of charge. (Notice: wildcard SSL certificates will be an additional charge)
