Yes, we provide our customers with a development environment and/or a staging environment whenever requested.

Yes, we keep backups of your site that are generated on a daily or hourly basis and can be used to restore your site at your request.

No, if your site breaks we will fix it at no additional charge. We also can revert to a pre-update backup of your site. However, websites containing themes and plugins that are no longer supported by the developer will be evaluated and a proposed cost may be included to rebuild or replace the no longer supported software.
