After Hours Service Requests

After Hours Services:

To contact our on-call technician please fill out the form below.  Once submitted, the on-call technician will be notified and will reach out to you as soon as possible. If you do not require immediate services, your original request will be processed and completed during our regular business hours.

Each After-hours request will be categorized as Critical Outages and Non-Critical Requests. Please see the detailed sections below for more information about covered issues, and After-hours Fees.

Critical Outages

Critical Outages are covered by your monthly Service Plan with Eight Hats and do not incur additional fees. Critical Outages are limited to the following specific circumstances:

 

  • Website Outage
  • E-Commerce Store unable to complete transactions
  • Malware Infiltration

Failure to notify Eight Hats of the launch of a new website, or moving the website off of our hosting will be subject to after hours fees and billed at the hourly rate for the time spent investigating the reported outtage.

Non-Critical Requests

Any requests not listed under Crtitical Outages are considered Non-Critical Requests.
Examples include but are not limited to:

  • Content changes
  • E-Commerce Store Updates
  • Minor Formatting Issues
  • Meeting Requests Outside Normal Business Hours

Non-Critical Requests are subject to a $35 fee per request, and will be tracked and billed at a rate of $120 per hour. The On-call technician will request approval from you before proceeding with the requested work.
